⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this shop! Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail are outstanding. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repairs at a fair price. Our company fleet is running better than ever, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. Thank you for the great work I will definitely be coming back and recommending you to family and friends!

Went for an oil change, cabin filter, and tire patch and left with a damaged car, when I notified the manager Jesus he said “there is no way it happened here” even though he was not even there the day it happened. I called corporate and they said that this location has no cameras. I now have a damaged car that needs $1000 to repair the damages they’ve done. Do your self a favor and never bring your car here

On June 10, 2026 I visited this Miramar Goodyear for the first time and had excellent service. From the minute I walked in a gentleman greeted me and asked what could he helped me with. They took the time to examine and explain what was needed for my vehicle. They were very patient with me as I had no idea what my tires needed. I will definitely return and have additional services done here. I also highly recommend this location.

I’ve been to this Goodyear location a few times now, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. They took my vehicle in on a Friday afternoon and had everything completed within 24 hours, which was impressive given the amount of work involved. With them being closed on Sunday, it was clear they were mindful of getting it done in time for the start of the work week. Jesus was extremely helpful throughout the process—he answered all of my questions, stayed responsive with calls, and made sure I was kept informed. That level of communication really stands out. He also gave me a lot of good tips and I appreciate that as someone who plans to drive my car up past 200k miles. I also appreciated that the team test drove the vehicle multiple times before returning it to me. It showed a real attention to detail and care in making sure everything was right. Overall, consistently professional and reliable service. This is why I continue to return.

I ordered four new tires from Amazon and had them installed at this Goodyear. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The technicians clearly didn’t know what they were doing; they were shouting at each other, and the equipment seemed outdated. They also scratched two of my rims during the installation. Overall, it was a very poor experience.
